Enrollment Services

You can take care of many aspects of the enrollment process in one convenient location on campus.  Visit the Enrollment Services suite in the Administration Building to meet with the following offices: Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar and Business/Finance.

Admissions

Visit the Admissions area of Enrollment Services for assistance with becoming a Penn Stater. 

The Admissions staff can help you schedule a campus visit, make an appointment with an admissions counselor and answer any questions you might have about the application process.

Financial Aid

Visit the Financial Aid Office for appointments with a financial aid representative. 

The Financial Aid staff can also help you learn more about work-study, veterans educational benefits, the ASPIRE Program, and scholarships.

Registrar

The Registrar publishes the Schedule of Courses, as well as processes registrations, change of campus assignments, and re-enrollments.

Business / Finance Office

The Penn State New Kensington Business / Finance Office is responsible for the maintenance of student accounts pertaining to acceptance fees, tuition and fees, billing, payments, refunds, and 1098-T.
